Barton Chenille is an ultra plush textile. Depending on the lighting, this fabric may appear darker or lighter than the provided photos. Due to the high sheen and size of the bolt, a sample is highly recommended prior to purchase. About the antimicrobial finish (from the Kravet Website) : Barton Chenille uses a finish with an advanced silver technology and a vesicle booster technology designed to inhibit the growth of microorganisms and their odors on textile surfaces. The effectiveness of the finish was tested with ISO 18184 - \"Determination of Antiviral Activity\". The test proves the treated fabric is effective up to 99.93% for antimicrobial efficacy. Finish is sustainable and safe - made with cosmetic grade ingredients.
