The perfect addition to any lamp or small appliance such as fans and radios, this beautiful cotton covered green and yellow wire is a great way to replicate that vintage industrial age charm.
This is BRAND NEW, antique style 3-wire, 16 gauge stranded copper electrical cord (known as 16/3, Note: this is a thicker gauge than standard lamp wire which is usually 18 gauge, hence the slightly higher price). The 3 wires allow you to use a ground wire, although many lighting situations won't require one, in which case just clip the green wire and leave it unused.This cotton covered wire differs from regular 3-wire round pulley cord in look because it is NOT completely round, instead the 3 wires are twisted around each other and then covered in the braided fabric, leaving the texture of the twist beneath it visible.
