A single page printed by Benjamin Franklin in 1742 from \"A Collection of All The Laws of the Province of Pennsylvania: Now in Force.\" It involves two people in Lancaster County who were to be treated as if they \"had been the natural Liege People and Subjects of the King of Great Britain, born in this Province of Pennsylvania....\" The page measures about 7\" x 11 1/4\" and is single-sided. It is wonderful to consider that Franklin himself might have inspected this page.
Fair / Good condition as shown. A ragged edge. Toned and soiled from age. The document is still supple, not brittle, and can be handled without fear. Displays really well.
