The consideration is three hundred and fifty-nine pounds, two shillings — a substantial sum reflecting a significant freehold property transfer.
The document is written in dense period copperplate and secretary hand throughout, with characteristic decorative flourishes on the opening title and section headings including \"Whereas,\" \"Now this Indenture Witnesseth,\" and \"To Have and to Hold.\"
