Original 1827 probate document issued by the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, under the authority of the Archbishop of Canterbury. This is an authentic early 19th‑century legal grant relating to the estate of a deceased individual whose executor, James Seymour, was sworn under £1,500 — a substantial estate for the period.

This example retains its large embossed ecclesiastical seal, attached by the original parchment tag. The document is professionally presented in a gold wooden frame measuring approx. 15.5 x 12 inches, ready for display.
