A two page part pre-printed freight bill of lading dated at Prescott \'3. June 1830\' regarding a consignment of 30 lbs of flour on the Durham Boat Orion. Addressed to Montreal with routing instruction at lower left \'Boat Orion\'. Durham boats were flat bottomed and propelled by sails or poles used in the early 1800s to transport freight and passengers up and down the St. Lawrence River.
Condition Note: A few splits at the folds but is sturdy in F-VF condition.Please examine scans.
