KNOW all men by these presents that we

THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that whereas the above bounden Apollos Ellis

in the county of Chittenden and State of Vermont for the sum of 85 dollars, 40 cents damages and 4 dollars, 50 cents costs, for the sum of 2 dollars, 40 cents costs,

with twenty-five cents for said execution fees on the same, to the amount of 2 dollars and 77 cents, issued on a judgment recovered before Heman Barrows, Justice of the Peace within and for the County of Chittenden,

on the 6th day of June, A.D. 1833,
and execution dated the 6th day of June, 1833, and signed by said Justice Barrows.

Now if the said Apollos Ellis shall faithfully and absolutely remain within the limits of said jail yard, and shall not depart therefrom until he shall be lawfully discharged, without committing any escape before such discharge, or doing any act by which the said Sheriff as aforesaid shall be damnified in consequence of admitting the said Apollos Ellis
