Issued to Mr. Samuel Hagerty, the invoice documents the purchase of \"Blk Cassimere\" (a type of fine wool fabric) totaling $3.55. The firm’s partners are listed: Thomas L. Hood, Davis K. Ginn, James Bonbright, Henry W. Gundaker, and John A. Meehan. An excellent piece of Civil War-era commercial ephemera with ornate typography and a glimpse into 19th-century textile trade.
