1864 Victorian Vellum Indenture Document: Whiteley Dewsbury Yorkshire For Sale

A fine Victorian vellum indenture document dating to 1864, between William Whiteley the Elder and the Younger, both of Dewsbury in Yorkshire, concerning property there. The document is single sided, with seals and signatures at the bottom. It is in good condition for its age (a few pencil notes and markings on the front which should be removable); perfect for framing and display, or further research. The document measures 73.5cm by 59cm when unfolded, and 25cm by 20cm folded.
