Original 1860s–70s Kilburn Brothers stereoview: "No. 1003. After the Regatta." — photographed and published by Kilburn Brothers, Littleton, N.H. (imprint in use c. 1865–1877).
A resort-regatta scene on calm water: four women in full Victorian dress rowing in the foreground, sailboats, wooden wharves, and big white clapboard cottages on the evergreen shore behind. A charming social-history subject — women at the oars was a period novelty of the resort regatta season.
