When will my item be shipped/arrive? Once the package leaves my hands, delivery time is outside my control or knowledge. This has nothing to do with me, and refunds or returns are not issued for late arrivals.

I strive to have items shipped within 3 days of cleared payment, but I live in a farming community with unreliable internet access and a post office that is closed at random without warning, so sometimes I cannot access the internet to create a label or there is no one there. This is also why I often respond late to messages or miss your offers.

I also am not a store. Selling isn’t how I make my living. As such, please do not expect me to respond or to ship your item out the same or next day. This is just something casual on the side.

Why is the shipping cost so high? I do not control shipping costs. I only control how well your item is packed.

I will not ship a fragile, malleable, or complex item without sufficient packing materials, so shipping weight and dimensions will always exceed those of the actual item.

USPS has been charging exponentially more on any packages with a dimension exceeding 12 inches or those with irregular shape (including tubes). Shipping costs increase yearly. Whatever you’re used to them being, they’re not that anymore, and they’re only going to continue to go up.

Do you offer Combined Shipping? Usually, but I won’t combine shipping on packages having a combined weight over 69 lbs, of large/unusual proportions/dimensions (as decided at my discretion), or are at risk of being damaged while being shipped.

If you select combined shipping at checkout on such packages, your order will be canceled. I do not select combined shipping on such packages. If automatically chooses this option for you, please contact me before paying so I can see if I can correct it. There are a number of displeasing default settings outside my control.

Why did you decline my best offer? Many items I sell are not my own. I discuss what the lowest price is that the owner will take. From there, I either turn off offers ( automatically enables them and sometimes I forget to turn them off) or I input the lowest best offer the owner will consider. If your offer is below this threshold, will automatically decline it. It’s nothing personal, and it may even be done by a robot! It may also take me a day to get ahold of the item’s owner. Rural life is much slower, and many of the people I sell for are elderly.

Shipping to the US and its territories only. I use reclaimed/recycled packing materials to save them from going to the landfill. In this way, I help the environment, and you save money as I am not spending as much on packaging materials which would otherwise be factored into the cost of your item(s). As such, you can expect unusual but effective packing materials in your parcel.

Please look at the shipping cost before you offer. sometimes charges a relisting fee, and this is not fair to me. If you buy and ask to cancel, you will be blocked and no longer able to purchase in the future. Message me with your ZIP code for an approximation if you feel ’s quoted cost is unrealistically high.

I don\'t pretend to be an expert on the items I sell. If you are interested in something, you probably know more about it than I do.

Therefore, if I have missed something from the description, or mis-described something, it is unintentional; so please let me know. I am neither a collector nor an expert.

Condition: I endeavor to highlight major imperfections in the item description and within the photographs. Many of my items are old, utilitarian, and may have picked up minor marks and flaws. These should be generally expected. There may be wear not visible in photos.

On old or used items, one can expect metal to have minor dents, pitting, or corrosion; paper to have fading, minor stains, yellowing, marks, or tears; plastic to have discoloration or crazing; paint to have flaking; polished metal to have marring or hazy areas; glass to have stains or scratches; electrical items to have need of updated insulation; power tools to need new lubrication; wood to have minor splits from drying; etc….

These do not always show up in photos, and sometimes I don\'t notice these things since I do a high volume of sales both online and in person and must look at or test each item only briefly. Just because these are not mentioned or highlighted doesn\'t mean they\'re not present. On vintage or used items, they are essentially guaranteed.

I do not accept returns for these reasons and won\'t tolerate harassment because I may have missed something that isn\'t obvious to an average person uneducated in the topic who takes an object in his or her hand. I am not a collector, so I don\'t necessarily know what to look for. Returns will not be accepted because too many scammers have tried to return a different item, tried to get money back, or used “item not as described” for buyer’s remorse from thousands of sellers. Attempted scammers will be banned by and prosecuted for mail fraud, a federal offense, by the USPS and the filing of an ic3 form. Scammers are also reported by sellers like me to several sellers groups so those sellers can all block said scammer in the meantime. This means would-be scammers will no longer be able to purchase from possibly thousands of sellers. Keep this in mind if you sell on . You do have power to fight back.
