This is a one-of-a-kind 1884 antique vintage crazy quilt Christmas stocking, measuring approximately 18 inches in length. The stocking is handcrafted using by an old damaged antique crazy quilt and making it into a gorgeous stocking to be treasured for years to come. This is a collectible and is sure to fetch compliments every year!! Old crazy quilts often have a lot of velvets, satins, silks and other fabrics that get very fragile when they get older, so there will be areas where the fabrics have broken down. I have covered some of the worst areas with lace embellishments, etc. The beautiful embroidery stitches also add to the beauty of these stockings. I sell many of these every year.
