1898 Chicago Terminal Railroad Stock Certificate signed by John D Rockefeller For Sale

1898 Stock Certificate for the Chicago Terminal Transfer Railroad Company issued to and signed by John D. Rockefeller. Amazing signature, uncancelled, bright, crisp and clear with what looks like a fountain pen. The difference with this signature is that he’s written out ‘John D Rockefeller’ and not just J D Rockefeller as he did on so many other documents. Carries the usual company executives signatures and is punch and stamp cancelled. Also on the reverse is the signature of oil industrialist George D. Rogers.A truly rare Railroad connection that goes along with the Rockefeller autograph! The certificate is in excellent condition and has been in a glass frame since I purchased it 20+ years ago.
