1. 18th century style Hunting Pouch, hand sewn with a weeping heart motif on the flap. The flap and body of the pouch are lined with light weight cotton ticking cloth and trimmed with leather. The pouch has a interior pocket, a leather button for securing the flap, and has a wide adjustable strap made from burlap and leather secured with a sturdy pewter slip buckle. Attached to the strap is a 4.50 inch patch knife made from spring steel. The body of the pouch is 9.50 inches wide, 9.50 inches deep, with a gusset of 1 inch wide.
2. 18th century style Powder Horn is made from a raw cow horn that has been scraped, filed, and hand sanded. The base plug and stopper have been made from hand carved cherry wood. The base plug is secured with four steel nails. The horn has been scrimshawed with a sun and moon motifs and has a strap made from burlap and leather. I have left room on the horn for anyone wanting to add any of their own personalized scrimshawing.
3. 18th century style Long Knife is made from an old farrier\'s rasp, which was very common throughout the 18th and early 19th centuries which has been fashioned after examples of the Woodbury/Hershal House knives. The blade has a hidden tang in a cherry wood grip and secured with a copper pin. The blade also has a Spanish Notch on the ricasso and has decorative file embellishments on the spine. The knife comes complete with a hand sewn leather sheath.OAL = 16 inchesBlade Length = 11.25 inches
4. 18th century style factory made linen haversack with a 2 inch wide strap and three pewter buttons.
