1901 J I Campbell Lumber Letterhead Houston TX Jesserand Logging Railroad
Antique business correspondence dated June 14, 1901, on illustrated J. I. Campbell Yellow Pine Lumber letterhead from Houston, Texas, with a Jesserand Lumber Co. stamp and handwritten business notations.
The decorative heading features pine trees, lumber, a circular-saw emblem, and a logging railroad illustration captioned “Scene on the 20-mile tram road at our Warren Mill.” Printed advertising promotes shingles, rough and dressed lumber, and boxing.
An interesting piece of Texas lumber industry history for collectors of antique advertising, logging railroads, and business ephemera.
Condition: Visible horizontal and vertical fold lines, age toning, scattered spots, light edge wear, and handwritten markings on both sides. Some ink shows through the paper. Please review all photos for condition and details.
