Original vintage/antique bird cards issued by Church & Dwight Co., makers of Arm & Hammer and Dwight’s Baking Soda.
Lot includes:
• Violet-Green Swallow #22 – Third Series
• Phoebe #14 – Third Series
• Blackburnian Warbler #5 – Second Series
These early advertising/educational cards were distributed in connection with Church & Dwight baking soda products and feature beautiful color bird illustrations with informational text on the reverse.
Condition: All three are in vintage used condition with varying degrees of age-related wear. The Violet-Green Swallow has significant creasing, edge/paper loss and writing. The Phoebe has handwriting on the reverse and general wear. The Blackburnian Warbler shows age-related toning and edge/corner wear. Please review all photos carefully as they are an important part of the condition description.
