This fascinating Freemasonry / Masonic reference and ritual handbook contains the authorized monitorial work used by Rhode Island lodges during the early 20th century. Contents include Prayers and Charges, Application for the Degrees, First Degree, Second Degree, Third Degree, and Ceremony of Official Visitation.
The introductory material provides additional historical context, noting that the first Rhode Island Trestle-Board was promulgated for the government of the state’s lodges in 1890, with subsequent monitorial work authorized by the Grand Lodge.
The book features an attractive burgundy textured hardcover binding with gilt “Trestle-Board” lettering to the front.
