1930s-40 Sadler England Cube Shaped Sugar Bowl w/Colonial couple, gold gilding For Sale

This is from the 1930s-1940s, from Sadler, in England. This English pottery company created the cube shaped bowl with colonial people at a table drinking and talking. Lots of gorgeous gold gilding. Gold gilt accepts, floral or rococo-style embellishments. GORGEOUS!
5 1/2" wide with handles. 4 1/2" tall with lid. There is the slightest wear on the gold gilding at the top in the back of the lid, all else is fully in tact and amazing for a 1930s-1940s sugar bowl set! Perfect as a gift, or a display, or for use. No. 2259 in gold on the bottom with the Sadler stamp.
