• Cover and Spine: The wrap-around paper cover shows severe chipping, tearing, and heavy paper loss all along the spine edge. The cover is fragile and separating from the interior text block.
• Edges and Corners: Front and back cover borders display heavy creasing, small tears, and corner curling.
• Interior Pages: The interior pages are clean, bright, and free of writing. There is noticeable corner creasing/curling on the corners of the early pages.
• Significant Flaw (Last Page): The final text page (Page 83 / Final Suggestions) has a large piece torn out and missing from the lower-left margin. This tear removes a portion of the paper margin and clips into the bottom edge of the printed portrait illustration.
• Rear Cover: The back cover advertisement page shows age-toning, edge creasing, and minor tearing along the margins consistent with the condition of the rest of the wrap-around cover. Text remains fully legible.
• Provenance: The signature page and Bob Weill bookplate are clear, clean, and beautifully preserved.
