For sale is a ticket from the 1938 Nuremberg Reichsparteitag. The unused ticket with stubs is for two events at the final Nuremberg Rally: the grand fireworks display and the exhibition \'Europe\'s Destiny in the East.\' The ticket measures 5.25 x 4 inches and had two small pieces of tape on the back.The 1938 rally, officially known as theReichsparteitag Großdeutschland(Congress of Great Germany), was held from5–12 September 1938and celebrated the recent annexation of Austria (Anschluss).
Hitler delivered multiple speeches during the event, including one on the final day at the Zeppelin Field, where he addressed hundreds of thousands of attendees. The rally featured large-scale parades, propaganda films, and ceremonial events, all orchestrated to reinforce Nazi ideology and national unity. This was thefinal Nazi Party Rallyheld in Nuremberg, as the planned 1939 rally—intended to be titledReichsparteitag des Friedens(Rally of Peace)—was canceled due to Germany’s invasion of Poland and the outbreak of World War II.
