Offered here, a RARE 15\" x 18\" Framed 1938 Otterbein College (Westerville, OH) Bachelor of Arts Graduate Diploma. Diploma is for a Homer Edward Felty. It\'s signed by the president of the board of trustees and the college president. it also has the official seal still attached. Please see photos for best idea of style and condition.This piece is vintage... and quickly approaching 100yrs old. It shows some signs of wear from age/display. The wooden (glass front) frame also shows wear from age/display/storage. Marks, nicks, scuffs, paint loss, dings, dusty, dirty, etc. Ribbon is faded/discolored. There\'s two patches of sticker remnants on the glass. A cool/rare piece!!!!!S1
