You can imagine how rare these are, pickups got used and abused and the placement of these didn't lend themselves very well to keeping them out of harms way.
Use as is or Restore. Showed it to a chrome restoration guy at a car show a few years ago (I had stopped to ask him if he had ever seen one of them before because at the time I was trying to find out what it went to.) and was told that for what it was it was in great shape (For what is was obviously) and he could easily just press any of the imperfections out refinishing it making it look even better than new.

The two bright nuts are not original but they screw on and off just fine. The threads on the studs are Nation Fine not Course.
