This unusual advertising piece features a bright yellow metal face with a black-and-white portrait of Bing Crosby, his facsimile signature and DECCA RECORDS printed below.
The reverse is covered with burgundy velvet-like brush material designed for removing dust from phonograph records. These promotional record cleaners were practical advertising pieces distributed during the era of 78 RPM records.
