Dated December 12, 1945. Produced during Baldwin\'s transition from its prewar VO engine to the new 600-series locomotive diesel program.
The blue background with pale drafting lines indicates that this is a blueprint reproduction of an engineering master, rather than the master tracing itself. The accordion folding and reinforced binder holes suggest that it was retained in an engineering reference file or binder where engineers could unfold the entire comparison chart.
