Used vintage condition. The machine has been cleaned, oiled and tested. It runs and successfully sews a continuous straight stitch, as shown in the accompanying pictures.

Vintage 1946 Singer Featherweight 221-1 portable sewing machine, serial number AG607071.
This classic black Singer Featherweight has been cleaned, oiled and tested. The motor operates properly, and the machine successfully produces a continuous straight stitch. The accompanying video shows the machine operating and sewing.
The machine retains its attractive scrolled faceplate, folding extension table and much of its original gold decoration.
It does show honest cosmetic wear from age and use, including scratches, finish marks and noticeable decal loss on the sewing bed. Please use the photographs as an important part of the condition description.
