The poster is likely for the 1948 election in which Truman sought reelection after ascending to the presidency upon the death of FDR in 1945. Remember the Republicans in 1932 is likely intended to remind the voters of the Great Depression and the unpopular Herbert Hoover with the image of the destitute man conjuring memories of the Hoovervilles.
The poster measures 12.5\" x 9.5\" in a frame that is 16.25\" x 13.25.
There is some tape taking it down which has yellowed and the poster has some foxing.
