This item is 100% all original. I have not even attempted to clean it. It is in \"VERY GOOD\" condition. The metal date tabs are also totally original.
Most of this type of Delaware plates which have survived have paint loss, as the black color was put down without any primer on a smooth stainless-steel surface. This one, by contrast has most of the background paint intact.
All of the foldable wings on both metal year tabs are intact and not broken off
