HERE IS ONE OF THE COOLEST bikes I have seen in a VERY long time!
Here is a rare original (I believe late 1960s early 1970s) Otasco "Qualifier V" 20/16 banana seat muscle bike. (Serial Number appears to be M05430X6 86889???) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! (the HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind!)
*This is arguably one of the very COOLEST non Schwinn muscle bikes of all time! You see the Schwinn KRATE and Stingray bikes sometimes but almost never see these. I actively collect and look for old bikes on a daily basis. This is the VERY FIRST one of these I have had! These are SUPER COOL and were designed after the drag racing muscle cars of the time! They hit the nail on the head with this one! They are SO cool!
*The bike is loaded with COOL features!!!!!! This one has a WILD design and shape 20x16 frame and forks with original GOLD paint and decals, wild large billboard style Qualifier V chainguard, (shows age but has original decals) Nervar chrome sprint style cranks, tall rear sissy bar, (poor chrome, has some silver touch up) original matching banana "bucket" seat, (rough) wild "pretzel" handlebars, TALL neck, vintage slightly newer pedals,(show age) chrome front and rear fenders Outboard brakes, TWIN stick shifter, (red brake knob is missing) DRAG BRAKE ACTUALLY WORKS! The gears shift. Will likely need adjustment) Shimano Lark rear derailleur, and so much more! This one has the cool 20x2.125 rear wheel with a Carlisle JET FLYTE REDLINE SLIK rear tire. (almost looks like an orange stripe) The front wheel is 16x1.75". Both front and rear tires hold air. Front tire is a newer replacement.
*I have a few of these Murray Eliminator/Foremost Swinger/Drag Duster/Western Flyer Buzz Buggy, bikes in my personal collection. I HAVE NEVER SOLD ONE until very recently and honestly am not sure why I decided to sell this one. I got this one almost exactly like you see it....
*SO What is Otasco???? Oklahoma Tire and Supply Company had Murray Brand some bikes for them and sold them in their retail stores in the 1960s. They sold general merchandise and auto parts. Wouldnt you love to go back in time and set foot in one of their stores again? You RARELY EVER see Otasco bikes.... especially a COOL one like this!
*This bike has so much going for it.... such a cool color and an over the top design! It is a 5-speed with outboard hand controlled brakes. The gears shift and the brakes are operable. (The bike has been in very long term storage and probably could use fine tuning adjustment)
*THIS BIKE IS AMAZING! THIS COULD BE THE STAR CENTER ATTRACTION OF YOUR COLLECTION! (Display with your muscle car....)
*Now is your chance to own one of the COOLEST bikes EVER MADE! Make someone in your life happy with this one. This is a cool bike that you can enjoy for years! It is money in the bank and will only go UP in value! You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge. If you check out , the selection on any 1960s Stingray bikes is very little. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them! Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them. Be the first to get this bike back out in the light and have fun with it! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted.
*NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is not bad for its age! I LOVE the fact that this bike wears its original paint! (Has chips scratches wear age etc. The chrome is shiny but is not perfect show quality. (chrome shows age... would need resto for show) Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (seems every used bike out there does too) This is a great find! ENJOY! You see Krate bikes sometimes but never see these! If you click on any of the pics they get very large to show lots of detail. Either way it is SUPER COOL and they are AWESOME bikes! Most people do not sell them who have them. I hope you love it! With a little tlc, you will have a really cool bike that will only go UP in value! A good "fixer upper" type bike or possibly use it for its very valuable hard to find parts! *Sorry for the LONG description, these bikes really excite me. This awesome ride starts low with ABSOLUTELY so offer early and don't miss out! This will sell to the high buyer! Sorry, no buy it now is offered. People will ENVY you when you ride by at a car show or on the street with this bike! Sold as is because it is used. I try to list anything I notice with the bike. Keep in mind this is a vintage bike that has probably not been ridden for a while so it may need minor tuning, bearings greased, polishing, etc, These bikes are getting harder to find and are more popular than ever before! You will enjoy owning, riding, and displaying it for years! People always remember these bikes but seldom see them in person. Your new vintage bike will be shipped partially disassembled in a factory bike box. I take them in to have them packaged so they almost always arrive in the same condition as they left us. You may want to consider insurance, just in case. Once it has shipped, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items without insurance.

Generally, if I receive your payment by 1 pm central time on Monday, it allows me enough time to get your bike to the shop for packing and to ship along with the Tuesday AM shipment.
