The brushed chrome case features the period multicolor Sunoco design with the yellow diamond outline, black SUNOCO lettering, and red directional arrows.
The bottom stamp shows the correct 1969 Zippo date code with three vertical bars on the left and two on the right.

Condition:
Exceptionally clean vintage condition.
The lighter appears unused and unfired. The chimney, wick area, and interior show no obvious soot or typical signs of repeated firing based on visual inspection.
The Sunoco advertising graphic remains bright, crisp, and well preserved with strong color.
The brushed chrome case shows some very light storage and handling marks, small surface scratches, and minor age-related marks visible in the photos. These appear consistent with decades of storage rather than normal everyday use.
The insert, flint wheel, chimney, and internal components are present as pictured.
No polishing or restoration has been performed.
