Original vintage Soviet New Year postcard featuring a magnificent illustration of a traditional Russian troika — three beautifully decorated horses pulling a festive sleigh through a magical snowy landscape.

The colorful scene depicts Ded Moroz (Russian Santa Claus), dressed in a richly ornamented red winter coat, riding in an elegant sleigh filled with a large golden sack of holiday gifts.

Three magnificent horses with flowing manes and decorative harnesses gallop across the snow beneath a sparkling winter sky. Their elaborate ornaments and the beautifully patterned sleigh reflect the traditions of Russian folk art.
