Vintage 1980s Hacienda Hotel at LAX Amenity First Aid Kit, Aspirin, Mending Kit unused
My Dad was a TWA pilot based in Los Angeles from the 1960s through the 1980s. This was in his effects. I am guessing it\'s from the mid-1980s, due to the 1987 expiration date on the aspirin.
Dad often stayed overnight near the airport before or after a trip, rather than drive tired. The Hacienda Hotel at LAX was his go-to hotel.
This kit has a First Aid Kit, Aspirin and a Mending Kit. All are unused.
The outside of the kit has scuffing and light soiling from handling. There is a water mark at the edge of the flap of the sewing kit. (See last photo.)
A great addition to an aviation or hotel collection.
