Original Vintage 1980s Murphy\'s Grand Irish Pub Restaurant Menu 713 King Street Alexandria Virginia
Murphy\'s Grand Irish Pub opened at 713 King Street in Old Town Alexandria in 1978, when Tom and Melinda Mooney set out to build a traditional Irish pub around their own Irish heritage and to serve Irish food and entertainment at prices their neighbors could afford. The pub is known for Irish music played nightly with no cover charge, and its two floors hold one of the longest bars in Old Town along with a fireplace in the dining room. It has traded at the same King Street address ever since.
It measures 10\" x 6.5\" closed and 13\" x 10\" open.
