Mint1982 Puma Waidbesteck Knife \"Super Set\" With Stag Handles & Sheath. The Puma model number is 11 3588 Waidblatt and 11 3587 Jagnicker. This knife set has genuine well matched handles .The Puma guarantee control date is 16281 for both knives. This indicates both knives were hand made in the 1st half of 1982 at Puma Werks in Solingen, Germany.
The front of Jadgnicker blade is etched: PUMA KLEINER JAGDNICKER - INOX NACH OBERFORSTMEISTER FREVERT - BEST NO. 3588 GERMANY HANDARBEIT.
The front of Waidblatt blade is etched: ORIGINAL PUMA WAIDBLATT - nach BEST NO. 3587OBERFORSTMEISTER FREVERT - GERMANY HANDARBEIT.
The handles are genuine stag with three brass rivets. Bothblades were made from Germaninoxstainless steel.
The Waidblatt knife measures 13\" overall with a 8 1/2\" blade. The Jagdnicker knife measures 7 7/8\" long with a 4\" blade.This knife set also comes with a genuine Puma black leather sheath and the set is awesome looking.

The accompanying, high-quality combination saddle leather sheath reliably holds the PUMA \"waidbesteck\".
The knives come in the factory wood presentation box with the factory papers. Both Puma knives were hand made in Solingen Germany at Puma Werks.Puma makes one of the highest quality knives made.
The knife includes the \"Puma Proof Mark\" on the blade: a small dot or ping on the blade was made with a diamond pointed needle. This is part of the Rockwell blade quality testing. The blade also has the Rockwell sticker on it.
