Parker-Edwards knives were made between 1984 and 1987. Founded in Jacksonville, Alabama by Jim Parker and knifemaker Fain Edwards in 1984. The partnership ended around 1986 when Edwards sold his share to Parker, and production fully wrapped up by 1987 before the facility eventually transitioned into Bear MGC Cutlery.
