• On the back: The Defenders - The Hulk finds Sub-Mariner in an unconscious state and contacts Dr. Strange for help. An evil-looking man, calling himself Necrodamus, appears and announces his intention to sacrifice the Sub-Mariner in one hour for the greater glory of the Undying Ones. Dr. Strange revives the Sub-Mariner, but the three of them are unable to overcome Necrodamus. They do, however, manage to keep him busy until the one hour deadline has passed. Necrodamus fade away, but promises to return when the stars, again, call out for blood.
