You are looking at a"1992 MERMAID DREAMS CERAMIC TILE". Used in nice condition. There are some deep scratches on the front of the tile (refer to last two photos). The artists are Robert Wyland and Jim Warren. This piece measures 12" x 12" and the back has instructions on how to use and the clean the tile.
