Lot of 2 Pewter Thimbles designed by Nicholas Gish, based on children\'s nursery rhymes
One is \"The Goose and the Golden Eggs\". It features a goose on the front which slided up and down. When it is slid up, it reveals a \"golden egg\". The saying on it says \"The Goose and the Golden Eggs / Take Good Fortune as it Comes\".
The other is \"The Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe\". It features a shoe-shaped door on the front that opens to reveal the heads of a lot of children. It reads \"There was an old woman who lived in a shoe. She had so many children she didn\'t know what to do.\"
Both are in very good condition. No damage.
