• The handle appears to be a molded green plastic (possibly melamine, Bakelite-style plastic, or another thermoset resin) rather than wood.
• The stainless steel neck is stamped with what looks like a cursive mark that reads something like"Inox", which is not a brand name. "Inox" is commonly used on flatware and simply meansstainless steel(from the French/European terminoxydable).
• The handle has a distinctive:
  • bright green color
  • faceted/octagonal profile
  • rounded end
  • double collar/ring where the handle meets the metal

This style was very common in:

• France, Italy, and Spain from the 1950s–1970s
• Picnic and casual tableware sets
• Bistro-style flatware with colored plastic handles

Many manufacturers produced nearly identical pieces, often only marking them "INOX" and not including a maker's name.

Condition: Pre-Owned with minimal wear. Some faint scratches ; may or may not have been used. Might be simply storage wear
