5.25\" Knightia Fossil Fish – Green River Formation Wyoming – Field Collected For Sale

This specimen measures approximately 5.25 inches long and is displayed on a natural limestone matrix measuring approximately 9 × 5 inches.

The fossil shows excellent visible skeletal detail, including the vertebral column, ribs, fins, and tail. The specimen is believed to be Knightia, one of the well-known Eocene fossil fish from the Green River Formation.
