Marcus Henry Bunn (1817-1884)born on May 20, 1817, in Twiggs County, GA, he was the son of the prominent minister Rev. Henry C. Bunn and Nancy Thorpe. He worked as a school teacher in his younger years before shifting full-time to agriculture and planting.
