ANTIQUE 1943 BRONZE STATUE AWARD TROPHY P P. DUBBEL 1. PRIS 1943 PLATE OLYMPICS For Sale

I acquired this unique item in a storage locker with a mix of WWII antiques. I couldn't figure out its exact origin. It looks to be bronze, but the plate with the stamp on it looks to be sterling to me. I am unsure what the event is for. The statue's hand has a missing piece and overall has a good amount of patina.
