These books were published by IDW Publishing in 2011 and 2012. The first book includes the very first Archie story which introduces several of the major players who are still around 85 years later. The comics included in these books feature popular characters such as Archie, Veronica, Jughead, and Betty Cooper, as rendered by such artists Bob Montana, Harry Lucey, Stan Goldberg, Dan DeCarlo, et al. These very good condition hardcover volumes are part of the Archie series and are targeted towards a general audience, with a focus on humor, satire, illustration, and comics and are all presented in color. All four books are first printings.Good to very, very good condition for all four books. Would not call them \"like new\" due to slight dents on upper right-hand corners of the 1950s and 1960s editions. Shiny covers, looking mostly new with the exception of slight dents on the top right-hand corners of two books. Bright colors, clean, white pages. Tight spines. No soiling, tears, rips, holes, staining, or underlining. Please refer to all photos.
