The outer packaging has a plastic membrane on it that is peeling and bunching in spots.
The outer packaging has a little wear to it. Most notably one side of the box has a spot that has come apart a bit. You can see this in the pictures.
The inner packaging is still sealed and the figure itself has no flaws.
