The judge has a severe cold but still manages a lengthy speech about his "intimate companion and friend for more than 40 years" after Harrison has been nominated.About 5 1/2" x 9", 8 pages.
Fair condition as shown.Mild toning and foxing.The document has been removed from a larger volume, as the left hand margin shows. It is still supple, notbrittle, and can be read without fear.
