Antique 1920s/30s Glass Art Deco Chandelier Slip Shade bowl/cup. Complete Set Of 3
Gorgeous original set of three antique original 1920s-30s glass slip cup shades. Thier color is what i would say as antique white interior & light beige/cream exterior. The shades are in fair antique condition overall, some have white enamel flaking/ware on the top rims and also where they rest into the mounting cups and also around the socket openings from years of removing and reinstalling for cleanings etc.
One shade has a chip on the bottom fitter lip edge (Pictured), but mounts just fine and is not a visible portion as it sits inward into the frame and socket area. Overall they are a beautiful surviving original set with typical cosmetic imperfections you would expect from antiques this age.
MEASUREMENTS- The shades measure approximately 6 1/4" diameter x 3" tall.
The bottom insert fitter is 1 3/4" outside diameter x 1 7/16" inside diameter/socket opening.
I lit up a few of the shades to give somewhat of an idea/reference of how these look while lit.
In summary- A very hard to find complete functional set of these as they are antique originals circa 100 plus years old, perfect to get a nice 3 light chandelier frame up and in use again, or as a replacement set to change the look of an existing light.
