Antique early Snap-on 1/2" drive pass-through ratchet marked "Snap-on" and "MILWAUKEE U.S.A."
Based on the Milwaukee marking, construction, and pass-through removable square drive design, this appears to be a very early Snap-on ratchet dating to approximately the mid-to-late 1920s.
This ratchet closely matches the early Snap-on No. 7 1/2" drive ratchet documented from approximately 1925-1927. Early examples were not yet marked with the model number.
Shows substantial honest age and use wear including surface rust, oxidation, finish/plating loss, scratches and discoloration. Markings remain visible.
Includes the removable square drive/anvil shown in the photos.
Great early Snap-on collectible for a vintage automotive tool or mechanic tool collection.
