This is an original antique 1938 Planters Cocktail Peanuts collectible advertising tin.
This classic piece of Americana features iconic bold yellow and white typography set against the classic dark blue backdrop. The tin is currently empty. It measures approximately 3 1/4 inches (3.25\") in diameter and 3 1/4 inches (3.25\") in height.
This item is in excellent antique condition.The lithograph graphics remain highly visible with striking contrast. There is visible surface scratching, minor scuffs, and small points of paint loss consistent with its nearly 90-year age. The tin retains its original round shape with minor wear along the rims. Shows authentic vintage patina, including light oxidation/rust on the bare metal edges, top lid, and base.
