Weare offering for this listing a very nice antique C & O RY(Chesapeake & Ohio) torch lantern made by Johnson Mfg. ofUrbana,Ohio. It is clearly marked on the bottom with the mfg. name and location inside a diamond shape. It is in excellent age related condition withno pinholes in the bottom or dents in the sides. The chained lidworks well and stays on securely. It is very clean and ready fordisplay, but has no wick. The tank is made of steel and it is verysturdy. Please refer to the photos for the best look.
It measures 6½” t. to the top of the chain hook x 7 ½” handle to spout x 4½” in diameter at the bottom.
