Six antique cabinet cards from the same Riverside, California lot. One couple portrait has a handwritten note identifying Mr. and Mrs. C. Cornelius and their November 1892 wedding. The other five cards are not individually identified but appear to show Charles and Ulrika Cornelius and other family members.
According to Riverside newspaper obituaries found online, Charles A. Cornelius was born in Sweden in 1866 and came to Riverside in 1888. Ulrika Brink was born in Sweden in 1868 and arrived in Riverside in 1890. Charles’s father founded the Swedish Mission Church in Riverside.
All six cards have Riverside photographer imprints. Please see photos for condition.
