Antique Crosby Steam Gage & Valve Co. - Steam Indicator Tool – Untested, As-Is For Sale

For sale is an antique steam indicator tool produced by the Crosby Steam Gage & Valve Co. of Boston, MA. The patent dates which appear on the device show the last one dating to 1895. The cosmetic condition of the main connected components that are secured in the box looks very good. I have no idea whether the device works or not, or whether all of the included attachments are there or not.The tool is untested and selling As-Is. The wooden box that holds the tool is 11 inches wide, 9 inches deep and 11 inches tall. The box needs repairs to reverse the separation that has begun (see pics).Review the pictures to assess the condition in more detail.
